Enthusiastic, energetic, and an expert, Shelby Norwich is year after year one of downtown Orlando’s highest producing REALTORS. She has broken sales records for both volume and price per square foot and has sold most of Downtown Orlando’s penthouses.
Shelby specializes in penthouses and selling single-family homes in the parks of Orlando: Thornton Park, Delaney Park, Winter Park, Baldwin Park and College Park. Shelby is a connector and loves to bring people together. This trait coupled with her passion for Real Estate is what has helped her to become one of Orlando’s favorite REALTORS. Playing a major role in generating substantial growth for the Downtown area, Shelby was deeply involved in the development of three instrumental high-rises from the ground up: The Waverly, The Sanctuary and The Star Tower.
Shelby’s compassion for people and her community has contributed to her overall success. She is a huge supporter of local artists and the local art scene – serving on the Downtown Arts District Board (DAD) for six years. She is also a Circle Member for the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center and serves on the Runway to Hope committee, assisting local children and their families who have been impacted by pediatric cancer.
In 2009, Shelby obtained her master’s degree in Liberal Studies (MLS) from the Hamilton Holt School at Rollins College. She has been selling Real Estate for over 20 years.
