PHIL RAMPY
Philip C. Rampy is the President, Owner and Broker of Record of Olde Town Brokers.
After attending Auburn School of Architecture, Phil moved to Orlando where he earned a degree in business management from the University of Central Florida. He is most noted for his transformation of a once threatened Orlando neighborhood into the now blossoming district known as Thornton Park.
Phil has been a licensed real estate broker for over 13 years, and is consistently recognized as one of the top producing real estate agents in Central Florida.
In Thornton Park & Downtown Orlando, Phil, along with his business partner, Craig Ustler, has self-developed over 150 condominium units in various projects with a total value of over $90 million. Notable projects include Thornton Park Central, Eola South Condominiums, Osceola Brownstones and China Glass Warehouse.
Phil is a principal of CondoHQ, Urban Life Management Restaurant Group, a downtown based company that owns and operates restaurant and retail properties in the area. These establishments include HUE Restaurant, Citrus Restaurant, CityFish and Urban Life Management Special Events. Additionally, Urban Life Management Restaurant Group is part-owner of Kres Chophouse & Lounge. He is also a principal of EO Inn & Urban Spa, The Veranda Bed & Breakfast, and Owner of Hawkesdene House Mountain Retreat, located in Andrews, North Carolina.
Phil's ongoing dedication to the community has earned him recognition throughout Central Florida. Recent awards include:
