• Through our resources, we will analyze the neighborhoods you select for stability and resale value. When possible we will also preview homes to save you time.
  
  
• Once you have selected the home you want, we will evaluate the properties that have recently sold in that neighborhood & assist you in making your decision on what to offer.
  
  
• We will personally present a written offer to the sellers in the best way possible. If needed, we will use negotiation skills to get you the lowest price with the best terms possible.
  
  
• We will communicate with your lender, to ensure your closing is completed in a timely fashion. We will also correspond with the title company or closing attorney to resolve any conflicts should they arise.
  
  
• We will review your closing statement to answer any questions you may have & attend the closing to make sure everything runs smoothly.
