 In 1994, Phil Rampy opened Olde Town Brokers in downtown Orlando while spearheading the transformation of a once threatened Orlando neighborhood now known as Thornton Park. Thornton Park has been home and headquarters to Olde Town Brokers for over 15 years. Phil, along with business partner Craig Ustler self-developed over 150 condominium units in various projects downtown with a total value of over $50 Million. He is a principal of Urban Life Management Restaurant Group, a downtown based company that owns and operates HUE Restaurant, Citrus Restaurant and City Fish Restaurant as well as a principal of EO Inn & Urban Spa, and The Veranda Bed & Breakfast. Phil also is the owner/operator of Hawkesdene Mountain Retreat, located in Andrews, North Carolina.
Phil's ongoing dedication to the community has earned him recognition throughout Central Florida, including "Downtowner of the Year", "Orlandoan of the Year", "Top Ten Businessmen to Watch", "Real Estates Best-The Hot 100" (2006 to Present) and "50 Most Powerful People in Orlando" (2004 to present).
 Maria Blanchard, Phil's sister, joined Olde Town Brokers in 1995. With a career background in Alabama and Florida real estate franchising, on-site sales and multi-family development, Maria quickly became one of Olde Town's top producers and worked hand-in-hand with Phil during the development and restoration of Thornton Park. Over the past three years, Maria has assumed a General Manager role, overseeing the day to day operations of Olde Town's downtown and Winter Park offices. "Olde Town has always embraced its associates and staff as family, so having Maria transition into our GM was a natural fit!" says Rampy.
